Artist Spotlight

My art is inspired by a love of travel, culture, and adventure — capturing the colours, energy, and emotions of people and places around the world. From New York to the Kimberleys, the Central Highlands of Mexico, Umbria, Seville, Córdoba, Varanasi, and Rajasthan, every destination brings a new story, a new palette, and a fresh perspective.

In Mexico, the Festival of the Day of the Dead celebrates life through vibrant colour and joyful tradition. Streets come alive with music, dance, and stunning costumes — a moving tribute that transforms remembrance into art.

In India, my creativity is stirred by the explosion of colour and spiritual energy — from the dazzling saris and floral offerings to the sacred rituals along the Ganges River.

In Spain, the flamenco dancers inspire me with their elegance and rhythm — the swirl of their dresses, the power in their movement, and the passion that defines their art form.

Each journey is a feast for the senses, full of texture, sound, and emotion. My paintings reflect this global inspiration — blending travel, culture, and artistic expression into vibrant works that celebrate the beauty of our shared world.

I invite you to explore my art and join me on this journey of colour, connection, and creativity.

The Mariachis and the giant puppets are stunning sights to behold, as the strolling musicians weave through Guanajuato in Mexico followed by the crowds singing and dancing.

The Monarch Butterfly is named after the billions of migrating monarch butterflies that migrate every November from Canada and the US to Mexico. the butterfly is a symbol for the immortal soul and ancestors who communicate through the butterflies to the living.

The scene captures the vibrant celebration of the Day of the Dead procession in San Miguel de Allende in Mexico.

Supporting Charities

My artwork Spring Blossoms was proudly donated to the fundraising event held by the Cquence Foundation and the White Pearl Foundation on 30 November 2024.

I was honoured to learn that in December 2025, the Cquence Foundation donated $330,000 to the Cancer Survivorship Centre at the Prince of Wales Hospital, helping to fund research and supportive programs for patients affected by rare cancers.

I love capturing moments of colour and life. In the markets of Udaipur, the flower sellers stood out vividly, their stalls overflowing with bright, beautiful blooms.

Painting en plein air allows me to truly experience a place. In Varanasi, I love watching life unfold along the Ganga River — vendors setting up their stalls, locals bargaining, the gentle flow of movement and colour shaping each scene.
